What are the in-app message sound options?

From within the app settings, you have the ability to adjust the In-App Message sounds. This sets the volume control when receiving new messages.  There are three options:

• Follow System - This setting will use whatever sound volume your phone notifications are set to.  If you have your phone at a very low volume, if you receive an alert, it will come through at a very low volume.
• Always High Volume - This setting allows notifications of any type to come through at a high volume.  This will overwrite your phones system volume
• None - This setting will adjust the volume such that no audible noise will come through when a notification is received.
