What’s the difference between organizational alert vs. a messaging group alert?

Organizational Alerts are a legacy method of alerting staff members in the event of a crisis. 

If you are still using organization alerts, please contact your Account Manager.  Your Account Manager and the CrisisGo Support team will work with you to ensure a seamless transition over to message groups for improved alerting and communication within your organization.
