Is CrisisGo Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) compliant?

Yes, CrisisGo is FERPA compliant. The only component of CrisisGo that contains student information is the class roster feature which does not contain personally identifiable information. 

In addition to this, because CrisisGo is password-protected, the student information will not be available to anyone other than the authorized district user.
