What is E911?

When a crisis occurs, the essential reaction is to notify first responders by calling 911. CrisisGo E911

makes that call more efficient by automatically transmitting enhanced and pre-validated information

such as exact location, alert information, and routing to the correct dispatch center.

Time is critical during an emergency. E911 will ensure that you can quickly and adequately respond

to any emergency, providing 911 dispatchers with all the necessary information in one action.

How It Works

1. Alert sent through the CrisisGo app or other integrated hardware.
2. App contacts designated list of internal emergency contacts, based on predefined parameters for alert type.
3. Once in contact with an internal rep, E911 connects with the correct 911 dispatch center (PSAP).
4. Dispatcher automatically receives pre-validated info like alert type, school name, and address.
5. Dispatcher verifies information and sends help.
