What if I have staff members with multiple roles/shared responsibilities?
It is common for staff members to have multiple roles and responsibilities within an organization. Each user will be assigned to one Role from your emergency plan checklists. However, you can give a Role permission to view the checklists for other Roles.
To do so, log into the CrisisGo console, hover over Users at the top of the screen and click Role Management. You will see a list of the roles from your emergency plan checklists. To give a certain role permission to view checklists for another role, click the pencil icon. Click Emergency Data and scroll down to Checklist Permission. Click the box and choose the additional Role checklists that this role will be able to view in the app.
