How do I see what messages were sent in each group?

Console Admin can view past and present message group messages by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Console.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Dashboard, find the Message Records option and select View All

Once you reach the Message Records screen, you have several options for how to view messages:

  • Message by Building - find messages by sorting by school, group and message type. You can export search results at any time.
  • Message by Type - easily find images and other types of messages by selecting any part of the Message Type donut. Note - if you don't see a particular color in the wheel then the message type has not been sent by anyone in your organization.
  • Message by Group - select the group you wish to see a history of. If you click on a group that has been removed, you will get a notice but you will still be able to see the chat history.

You can export any of these search results at any time by clicking the export icon:
