How can I view current group managers?

If you are a manager of a group, you can view the list of managers by selecting the message group you manage and clicking the (...) in the top-right corner. This will open a menu of options to select, where you can then view the “Group Managers” and “Group Members” lists. 

Please note that group members currently do not have the ability to view a list of managers and members.
