What do I if I can’t download the app?

For iOS or Android Devices: 

  1. Confirm that your device is connected to the internet. 
  2. Check to see if you are able to download other applications. 
  3. If you are on WiFi, disconnect and see if you can download using your personal cell data.
  4. If you are able to download other applications but not CrisisGo, please contact CrisisGo Support.

For the PC Application:

  1. Confirm network and internet connectivity.
  2. Navigate to our CrisisGo Downloads page.
  3. Click Tools and then click Network Diagnostic Tool to run diagnostics on your network connection.
  4. If you continue having problems, please Contact Support.
