What if I can’t download the CrisisGo app?

For the iOS or Android application:

  1. Confirm that your device is connected to the internet. 
  2. Check to see if you are able to download other applications. 
  3. If you are on Wi-Fi, disconnect and see if you can download using your cell data.
  4. If you can download other applications but not CrisisGo, please contact support@crisisgo.com

For the PC Application:

  1. Confirm network and internet connectivity.
  2. Navigate to our CrisisGo Downloads page.
  3. Click Tools and then click Network Diagnostic Tool to run diagnostics on your network connection.

If you are still unable to download the CrisisGo app, please email support@crisisgo.com for assistance.
