What do I if I can’t download the app?
For iOS or Android Devices:
- Confirm that your device is connected to the internet.
- Check to see if you are able to download other applications.
- If you are on Wi-Fi, disconnect and see if you can download using your personal cell data.
- If you are able to download other applications but not CrisisGo, please contact CrisisGo Support.
For the PC Application:
- Confirm network and internet connectivity.
- Navigate to our CrisisGo Downloads page.
- Click Tools and then click Network Diagnostic Tool to run diagnostics on your network connection.
- If you continue having problems, please Contact Support.
