What if I can’t download the CrisisGo app?
For the iOS or Android application:
- Confirm that your device is connected to the internet.
- Check to see if you are able to download other applications.
- If you are on Wi-Fi, disconnect and see if you can download using your cell data.
- If you can download other applications but not CrisisGo, please contact support@crisisgo.com
For the PC Application:
- Confirm network and internet connectivity.
- Navigate to our CrisisGo Downloads page.
- Click Tools and then click Network Diagnostic Tool to run diagnostics on your network connection.
