What does "At Risk" mean for message group(s)?
When a message group says "At Risk" it means there is functionality within the message group not configured appropriately. By hovering your mouse over the question mark, a pop-up will appear noting the specific items which place the message group "At Risk".
Some examples of "At Risk" message groups include:
- A message group with no Managers
- A message group with functionality turned on but not configured. For example, Alerts enabled but no alerts added. Check-In enabled but not configured, Email/SMS enabled but not configured, etc.
