How do I send a Panic?

The Panic button sends a notification to the Managers of your message group to get help for isolated incidents. There are two different ways you can send a Panic from your mobile device, as shown below.

Sending: Method One

  1. Log in to the CrisisGo app.
  2. From the Message tab, tap to enter the message group.
  3. Tap the Panic icon and then Send.

Sending: Method Two

  1. Hold the Panic icon and slide your finger up above the chat box. 

  2. Let go and the Panic will send after 5 seconds or press Send to overwrite the wait.
