What do I do if I am not receiving my iPass emails every morning?

First, check your email spam folder and make sure that the email didn't go there. If it's not in your spam folder, make sure to White List the CrisisGo email and check that your email is not set to Conversation View.

If these settings do not apply, check with your organization administrators so they can validate that they have the correct email address on file for you.
