How can I get the QR code off my computer to my student's device?

The Digital Entry Badge can be forwarded to your student via email. The student can then click on the URL to pull up their badge. Or, if the district has chosen to use the student Safe2SpeakUp app, the student can log in and can show their badge through the app.
