How do I turn off Conversation/Group view in email?

If you have enabled Conversation/Group View in your email, it may prevent you from seeing new certification emails from CrisisGo.

To turn off Conversation View in Gmail on your Desktop:

1. Click the gear (Settings) icon at the top right.

2. Go to Settings and then click General

3. Click the radio button for turning on/ off the Conversation View

4. Click Save Changes

To turn off Conversation View in the Gmail mobile app:

1. Click the menu bar (3 line icon) in the top left of the Gmail app

2. Click on the gear icon near the bottom to access the Settings

3. Select General Settings

4. Uncheck the Conversation View box

5. Return to the email list

To turn off Conversation View in Outlook/Hotmail on your Desktop:

1. Click the gear (Settings) icon at the top right

2. Click on View All Outlook Settings

3. Select Mail on the left in the popup

4. Select Layout in the next column

5. Find Message Organization and select Show email as Individual Messages

6. Close (X) on the popup

To turn off Conversation View in the Outlook/Hotmail mobile app:

1. Click on the house icon in the top left

2. Click the gear (Settings) icon bottom left

3. Scroll down to Organize Mail by Thread

4. Toggle to Off

5. Exit Settings

To turn off Conversation View in Yahoo on your Desktop:

1. Click the gear (Settings) icon top right.

2. Select More Settings

3. Select Viewing Email

4 Toggle Group by Conversation Off

To turn off Conversation View in the Yahoo mobile app:

1. Select the account icon in the top left

2. Click the gear (Settings) icon

3. Scroll to Conversations

4. Toggle Conversation Off.
