Can the CrisisGo IoT devices receive alerts?

No. The IoT buttons for Safety OneClick are configured to trigger alerts and cannot receive alerts.

The CrisisGo app can handle receiving requirements as expected.

For receiving Alerts while mobile or offsite when the app is not going to be in use, consider using one of our cellular solutions like the Siyata SD7.
