Who can receive an Alert?

When managing Alerts within the console in Message Group Management, you can choose whether only group managers or both managers and members can receive the Alert. This configuration can be unique for each different Alert type. 

Note:  If there is an Escalation Group associated with the group, then the Escalation Team will be pulled into the message group and will also be alerted.
