Who can send an Alert?

When managing Alerts within the console in Message Group Management, you can choose whether only group managers or both managers and members can send the Alert. This configuration can be unique for each different Alert type. 


Best practices show that everyone who has the app should have the ability to send all or most of the alerts to ensure that everyone is able to communicate to the fullest extent during an emergency situation. 

Please work with your Account Manager to find the best plan for your organization.
