How do I subscribe to a message group?

  1. Log in to the CrisisGo mobile app.
  2. Select Message.
  3. Tap the “+” in the upper right corner.
  4. Select Subscribe.
  5. Search for your group by using the Group ID # or scanning the QR Code.
  6. Once you have located your group, tap Apply. This sends a subscription approval request to the group manager(s).

Note: To subscribe to a group on the PC app, follow these same steps. The only differences are that the “+” icon is located in the bottom left corner of the Message display screen. Also, the PC app does not support QR code group search at this time.
