How do I download the CrisisGo app?

Mobile Devices (iOS and Android)

To download CrisisGo on your phone or tablet:

• iOS: Search for "CrisisGo" in the Apple App Store.
• Android: Search for "CrisisGo" in the Google Play Store.

Desktop (Windows and macOS)

Visit crisisgo.com/download to download the latest desktop app installer:

• Windows: .exe    (standard installer) or .msi    (for network/mass deployment)
• macOS: .pkg    installer

⚠️ The app requires local administrator permissions to install. If your organization uses a limited-rights model, contact your IT administrator.

Chromebook

Chromebooks manufactured after 2019 can install the CrisisGo Android app from the Google Play Store.

For older Chromebooks that do not support Android apps, install the CrisisGo Progressive Web App (PWA) through a supported browser instead.

Smartwatches

CrisisGo is also available on select smartwatches.

• Wear OS: Search for "CrisisGo" in the Google Play Store.
• Apple Watch: Search for "CrisisGo" in the Apple App Store.

Mass Deployment (IT Administrators)

For organizations deploying CrisisGo across many devices, the following installer options are available:

• Windows: .msi    for use with Microsoft SCCM, Group Policy, PDQ, or similar tools
• macOS: .pkg    for use with Jamf or similar MDM tools
• iOS/Android: Deploy via your MDM system
