How do I login to CrisisGo?

CrisisGo offers multiple ways to sign into the application.  Detailed, printable PDF instructions are below.  Please select the option(s) that your organization uses for instruction.

To Log into CrisisGo using Single Sign-On (SSO), please select one of the following options:

Google SSO - PC App
Google SSO - Mobile App

ADFS/Azure - PC App
ADFS/Azure - Mobile App

To Log Into the Mobile App using the standard method (non-SSO) - Printable PDF here

  1. Navigate to the app.
  2. Type in the email address you used to register your account.
  3. Enter your password.

Please note that if you have created an account for yourself using a personal email address and attempt to log in after your console administrator has created an organization account for you, then you will be prompted to associate your log in with your organization e-mail account:

To Log Into The PC App:

  1. Locate the app icon on your desktop.
  2. Type in the email address you used to register your account.
  3. Enter your password.


Helpful Tip: If you do not log in using the app account associated with your organization, you will not see your organization's information in the app.  If you created a free account separate from your organization by tapping "Sign up for free!" on the app login page, please check out the related FAQ below - What does "Your Email is Associated with Multiple Accounts” mean? - to remove your personal account and avoid this extra step in the future.
